Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Subsection (a) of Class B of section 31 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1990 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following four clauses:-

(5) Phenyl-2-Propanone (P2P)

(6) Phenylcyclohexylamine (PCH)

(7) Piperidinocyclohexanecarbonitrile (PCC)

(8) 3,4-methylenedioxy methamphetamine (MDMA).
