Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws, the town of Marblehead is hereby authorized to pay to the North of Boston Library Exchange Inc. the sum of fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty-six dollars for automated library network membership services provided in fiscal year nineteen hundred and ninety-one. Such sum shall be paid from the Abbot public library appropriation for fiscal year nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
