Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 61 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1990 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "vehicles", in line 29, the words:- ; or in any gasoline service establishment; provided, however, that such minor may be employed solely to dispense gasoline and oil and to provide courtesy service outside of the service bay area of any such gasoline service establishment.
