CHAPTER 114 AN ACT RELATIVE TO AN EMERGENCY EXEMPTION FOR THE DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF BOSTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter one hundred and thirty-six and sections eighteen and thirty-three of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, the holder of a license under the provisions of said section eighteen may deliver alcoholic beverages and wine and malt beverages in the city of Boston on Sunday, July twelfth, nineteen hundred and ninety-two.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
