CHAPTER 116 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ISSUANCE OF A REAL ESTATE BROKERS LICENSE TO WILLIAM G. RILEY.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately authorize the issuance of a certain license, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the board of registration of real estate brokers and salesmen is hereby authorized and directed to reissue a real estate brokers license to William G. Riley of the city of Lowell, without examination, upon payment of the annual fee.

Passed without Governor's signature, July 14, 1992.
