Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter five hundred and one of the acts of 1991 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. The town of Falmouth is hereby authorized to release its sanding rights in a certain parcel of land in said town. Said parcel is shown as Parcel 2A on a plan entitled "Plan of Land for Anthony R. Faria, East Falmouth, Barnstable County, Mass.," dated 12-12-90.

SECTION 3. In consideration of the release authorized by section two, Anthony R. Faria shall convey to the town of Falmouth all of his right, title and interest in a certain parcel of land in said town shown as Parcel 2B on said plan and shall record a building restriction on Parcel 2A.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
