Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The superintendent of state office buildings is hereby authorized and directed, subject to the approval of the art commission as to size and content, to install and maintain a plaque in a suitable space in Nurses Hall in the state house in honor of ex-prisoners of war from the commonwealth.
