Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the amendments to the zoning by-laws of the town of Tisbury adopted at a certain town meeting held in nineteen hundred and seventy-nine are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if there had been full compliance with the provisions of law regulating the adoption of zoning by-laws.

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
