CHAPTER 183 AN ACT EXEMPTING THE POSITION OF FIELD COORDINATOR IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF CIVIL SERVICE LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The position of field coordinator within the department of public works in the town of Swampscott shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
