Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections forty E to forty J, inclusive, of chapter seven of the General Laws or the provisions of any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of the division of capital planning and operations is authorized and directed to convey to the United States of America all reversionary interest held in land conveyed by deed from the commonwealth of Massachusetts to the United States of America, dated November 18, 1949 and recorded at Book 1031, Page 444, at the Bristol county northern district registry of deeds.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
