CHAPTER 216 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR A CERTAIN EMPLOYEE OF THE TRIAL COURT.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the district court department of the trial court, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, district court department of the trial court of the commonwealth is hereby authorized and directed to establish a sick leave bank for head administrative assistant Patricia Caddick of the Quincy division of the district court department. Each employee of the trial court of the commonwealth may voluntarily contribute one or more of his vacation or personal days to said bank for use by said Patricia Caddick.

Approved October 21, 1992.
