Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 490 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words ", or to Namibia".

SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 490 is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 7, 8, 11 and 13, the words "or Namibia", each time they appear.

SECTION 3. Section 2 of said chapter 490 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 5, 6 and 7, 8, 11 and 13, the words "or Namibia", each time they appear.

SECTION 4. Section 3 of said chapter 490 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words ", or to Namibia".

SECTION 5. Said section 3 of said chapter 490 is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 6 and 7, 8, 11 and 13, the words "or Namibia", each time they appear.

SECTION 6. Section 6 of said chapter 490 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 10 and 11, the words "and Namibia related".

SECTION 7. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
