Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town treasurer of the town of Harwich is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to F.G. Sullivan Drilling Co., Inc., the sum of thirty-two thousand two hundred and sixty-five dollars and ten cents for installation of an irrigation well, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with appropriate provisions of law relative to competitive building in the awarding of the contract.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
