CHAPTER 243 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES OF A CERTAIN TRUST FUND IN THE COUNTY OF DUKES COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter eighty-seven of the acts of nineteen hundred and thirty-four, the probate court, upon the petition of the county commissioners of the county of Dukes County, is hereby authorized to appoint trustees, not including county commissioners, to serve as trustees of The James P. Cahen Medical Fund.
