CHAPTER 244 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE SPECIAL FUND FOR THE PROPAGATION, CULTIVATION AND STUDY OF SHELLFISH OF THE TOWN OF NANTUCKET.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 301 of the acts of 1979 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word "commercial".
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
