Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the creditable service requirements for eligibility for an ordinary disability pension for veterans as provided in section six of chapter thirty-two of the General Laws, the city of Northampton is hereby authorized and directed to retire Axel Diaz under the provisions of said section six of said chapter thirty-two; provided, however, that said Axel Diaz meets all other requirements of said section six. The pension authorized hereunder is without option (c) benefits as provided in section twelve of said chapter thirty-two.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
