Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 30 of chapter 74 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1990 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "treasurer", in line 5, the following words:- ; provided, however, that all such income shall be appropriated and expended for the operation and purposes of the school or institute that paid the same to the county treasurer.
