CHAPTER 280 AN ACT EXEMPTING THE TRANSFER OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF OXFORD FROM CERTAIN BIDDING LAWS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The sale, lease, conveyance or other alienation of any interest in the parcel of land described as Oxford Industrial Park East located in the town of Oxford shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws; provided, however, that such sale, lease, conveyance or other alienation shall be subject to all other General Laws which are applicable thereto.
SECTION 2. This act shall take affect upon its passage.
