Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Chilmark, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey an undivided one-fifth interest in certain conservation land in said town, known as Fulling Mill Brook, to the Martha's Vineyard land bank subject to the provisions of section two. Said land is described in an order of taking dated May fourteenth, nineteen hundred and eighty-six and recorded in the registry of deeds in the county of Dukes County, in Book 448, Page 617.
SECTION 2. No deed conveying by or on behalf of the town of Chilmark, the property described in section one of this act, shall be valid unless such deed provides that said town of Chilmark reserves the rights granted under chapter one hundred and thirty-one of the General Laws.
