CHAPTER 295 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PARK LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The city of Springfield is hereby authorized to sell and convey a certain parcel of park land located in said city for development purposes. Said parcel is known as the Tapley School Playground and is described in a deed recorded in the Hampden county registry of deeds on May third, nineteen hundred and eighty-seven in Book 431, Page 378.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
