CHAPTER 298 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BELLINGHAM TO REIMBURSE VINCENT R. THAYER, EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF L.F. THAYER A SUM OF THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS PAID TO SAID TOWN AS REAL ESTATE TAXES IN ERROR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Bellingham is hereby authorized to reimburse Vincent R. Thayer, Executor of the Estate of L.F. Thayer a sum of three thousand seven hundred sixty-two dollars and seventy cents paid to said town as real estate taxes in error for the calendar years nineteen hundred and seventy-one, nineteen hundred and seventy-two, nineteen hundred and seventy-three, and the fiscal years nineteen hundred and seventy-four through nineteen hundred and eighty-nine on property described as Plot 0000 Lot 6 on the Bellingham assessors Map 48, said property being located off Mendon street railroad.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
