Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 3 of chapter 292 of the acts of 1978, as most recently amended by chapter 393 of the acts of 1990, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "ninety-two" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- ninety-six.
