CHAPTER 314 AN ACT RELATIVE TO GROUP INSURANCE IN THE TOWN OF BELLINGHAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter thirty-two B of the General Laws and the acceptance thereof by the town of Bellingham, the board of selectmen of said town may adopt a level of compensation which will determine the entitlement of elected officials to be considered eligible employees under the provisions of said chapter thirty-two B.
