Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The commissioner of the division of capital planning and operations is hereby authorized, subject to the provisions of sections forty E to forty J, inclusive, of chapter seven of the General Laws, to lease for a term of not greater than ten years, certain land and a building thereon located in the town of Granby, to said town of Granby for municipal purposes, subject to the requirements herein and to such additional terms and conditions as the commissioner may prescribe, in consultation with the department of environmental management. Said property is known as the Granby Dinosaur Museum in Granby, MA. The town of Granby shall assume the costs of any appraisals, surveys and other expenses as deemed necessary by the commissioner of the division of capital planning and operations for the granting of the lease.
