CHAPTER 372 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CONVEYANCE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 594 of the acts of 1985 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words "to the requirements of section two and".
SECTION 2. Section two of said chapter five hundred and ninety-four is hereby repealed.
