CHAPTER 375 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRECINCTS IN THE TOWN OF DARTMOUTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 1 of chapter 26 of the acts of 1927, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Their boundaries shall be reviewed and, if need be, wholly or partly revised by the districting board every ten years in accordance with the federal census.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
