CHAPTER 52 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE TOWN OF WAKEFIELD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1 of chapter 48 of the acts of 1950 is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- No person shall serve on the board who holds another elective office in said town.
