CHAPTER 117 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HOPEDALE TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN LEASE TO HOPEDALE COUNTRY CLUB, INC.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Hopedale is hereby authorized to lease for a term of ninety-nine years the land and improvements commonly known as the Hopedale Country Club to Hopedale Country Club, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, such lease to be approved as to form by the attorney general.
