Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 34 of the charter for the town of Saugus is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "January" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- February.

SECTION 2. Section 35 of said charter is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word "February" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- March.
