Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Falmouth is hereby authorized, acting by and through its board of selectmen, to convey a certain parcel of land, located in said town, presently held in trust under the management and control of the conservation commission to Antone Souza, Carol Souza and Gloria Souza. Said parcel is shown as Parcel C on a plan of land entitled "Preliminary Plan of Land located in Falmouth - Mass" dated May 4, 1992 and prepared by Ferreira Associates of Falmouth.

SECTION 2. In consideration for the conveyance authorized in section one, Antone Souza, Carol Souza and Gloria Souza shall convey a certain parcel of land located in the town of Falmouth to said town which parcel shall be held in trust under the management and control of the conservation commission. Said parcel is shown as Parcel B on the plan described in section one.
