Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the building in the city of Taunton housing the Bristol probate and family court facilities shall be dedicated in memory of Justice Ernest I. Rotenberg, the late first justice of the Bristol county division of the probate and family court department of the trial court. The commissioners of the county of Bristol shall cause a suitable marker bearing such designation to be attached thereto.
