Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 48 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 77 the following section:-

Section 77A. A fire district may hold real estate for the public use of its inhabitants and may by its prudential committee let or lease for not more than ten years, on such terms as said committee may determine, land, a public building or part thereof.
