CHAPTER 17 AN ACT CONFIRMING THE DISPOSITIONS OF CERTAIN LAND.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for confirming the dispositions of certain land, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The dispositions of land or interest therein or any changes in the use thereof, authorized by chapter fifteen of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-three are hereby approved and confirmed.

Approved March 9, 1993.
