Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section three of chapter forty A of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Ludlow is hereby authorized to enact a by-law prohibiting construction of schools, day care centers and houses of worship in the aircraft flight overlay zone of said town.
