Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provision of section twenty A> of chapter ninety of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Wellfleet, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to establish a schedule of fines for violations subject to said section twenty A> as follows: not to exceed twenty-five dollars for a ticket paid within twenty-one days; not to exceed thirty dollars for a ticket paid after twenty-one days and before the parking clerk has reported non-payment to the registrar of motor vehicles; and not to exceed thirty-five dollars for tickets paid thereafter.
