Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The city of Worcester is hereby authorized to use a certain portion of the Worcester Common for the purpose of realigning and widening Franklin and Main streets in said city. Said land is shown as "Parcel 1" on a plan entitled "Worcester Public Common, Plan of Land in Worcester, Massachusetts," scale 1" = 40', dated October 2, 1992, prepared by The BSC Group - Worcester, Inc., Worcester, Massachusetts, and recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds in Plan Book 665 as Plan 12.
