Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Scituate is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of land located in said town, presently being held for sewer treatment and disposal and recreational purposes, to the Scituate housing authority subject to such terms and conditions regarding the disposition of sand and gravel, as the board of selectmen of said town may establish. Said parcel is shown as parcel 3 on Scituate's assessors' map 60.
