Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 3 of chapter 654 of the acts of 1975, as most recently amended by chapter 290 of the acts of 1985, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraph:-

Quissett - two strips 200 feet wide on the Easterly and Westerly sides of Quissett Avenue from its Northern end Southerly, approximately 5,580 feet, to the land belonging to the Woods Hole Golf Course;

a strip adjacent to the waters of Quissett Harbor extending back 500 feet or subject to the public view from the Waterway;

a strip 200 feet wide on the Northerly and Southerly sides of Quissett Harbor Road beginning at Sippewissett Road Westerly to the Western boundary of Lot 4803-5A-21.
