Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

That portion of state highway Route 138 in the town of Stoughton, from Lincoln street to Central street shall be designated and known as the Charles H. Lane Amvets Post 1977 highway. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers along said highway bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
