Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The Wilkinsonville Water District, established by chapter six hundred and three of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws for the purpose of extending water lines on Dodge road in the town of Sutton; provided, however, that such extension shall be subject to all other General Laws which are applicable thereto.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
