Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Yarmouth, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of conservation land to Thomas A. Grew, Jr. in settlement of a certain land damage claim. Said parcel is shown as Lot 1 on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. prepared for Dean Pilling Scale 1" = 40' July 30, 1980 revised Nov. 14, 1980 Down Cape Engineering civil engineers land surveyors Rte. 6A - Yarmouth, Mass.", recorded with the Barnstable county registry of deeds in Plan Book 347, Page 96.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
