CHAPTER 227 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SANDWICH TO CONVEY CERTAIN PARCELS OF CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Sandwich is hereby authorized to transfer the care, custody and control of certain parcels of conservation land to the board of selectmen who are hereby authorized to convey said parcels on such terms and conditions as said board may determine. Said parcels are shown as Lots 55, 56 and 58 on the town of Sandwich Assessor's Map 33.
