Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Sunderland is hereby authorized to sell and convey to the commonwealth through its division of capital planning and operations, acting on behalf of the department of fisheries, wildlife and environmental law enforcement, certain parcels of land located in said town and currently used for conservation purposes. Said parcels are described as follows:
Parcel One - A certain tract of land lying in the Connecticut River and known as the Great Island, containing six acres of land more or less. Being the same premises as described in a deed recorded in the Franklin county registry of deeds, Book 1666, Page 55;
Parcel Two - A certain tract of land lying in the Connecticut River and known as First Island, being the first island located north of the Sunderland bridge, containing three acres of land more or less. Being the same premises as described in a deed recorded at the Franklin county registry of deeds, Book 1685, Page 202.
