Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The definition of "Town advisory board" in section 1 of chapter 736 of the acts of 1985 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "commission", in line 8, the following words:- and in said town of Tisbury there shall be one representative duly appointed either from its membership or otherwise by the department of public works.
