Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The commissioner of the division of capital planning and operations is hereby authorized, subject to the provisions of sections forty E to forty J, inclusive, of chapter seven of the General Laws, to convey by deed certain land located in the town of Stoughton and presently under the control and supervision of the armory commission, to the town of Stoughton. This land is to be diverted from its present use in connection with an armory, to a highway use.

Said parcel is shown on a plan entitled, "Stoughton, MA. plan of land owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts showing parcel needed for highway purpose". This plan shall be kept on file with the chief engineer of the Massachusetts highway department.
