CHAPTER 26 AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE STATE RACING COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. To provide supplemental funds for the costs of the state racing commission, the sum set forth in section two is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the purposes and subject to the conditions specified in chapter one hundred and thirty-three of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-two, including the fund designation of said chapter one hundred and thirty-three, and subject to the provisions of law regulating the disbursements of public funds. The sum so appropriated is in addition to any amounts available for said purpose.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
