Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The city of Worcester is hereby authorized to use two certain parcels of park land located in said city, presently under the care, custody, management and control of the Worcester parks commission for the purpose of realigning and widening McKeon road. Said parcels are shown as Parcel A and Parcel B, each on plans of land entitled, "Plan of Land Owned by the City of Worcester Showing Parcel Needed For Highway Purpose," dated January, nineteen hundred and ninety-three, prepared by Beta Engineering, Inc., recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds in Plan Book 671, Plan 61 and Plan 62, respectively.
