Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The following described line shall hereinafter constitute a portion of the boundary line between the towns of Douglas and Uxbridge:-
Beginning at a granite bound at the intersection of the three towns of Douglas and Uxbridge Massachusetts and Burrillville, Rhode Island;
Thence N 01< 11' 34" W, a distance of 3472.41 feet by various owners to a stone bound on the southerly sideline of the Douglas Pike, in the town of Uxbridge and Southeast Main Street, in the town of Douglas;
Thence N 01< 55' 36" W, a distance of 3841.94 feet by various owners to a stone bound on the southerly sideline of Chockalog Road, in the town of Uxbridge and Linden Street, in the town of Douglas;
Thence N 02< 38' 20" W, a distance of 4432.40 feet by various owners to a stone bound to be set on the southerly sideline of Martin Road, in the town of Uxbridge and Yew Street, in the town of Douglas;
Thence N 01< 58' 13" E, a distance of 2211.73 feet by various owners to a stone bound on the westerly sideline of Buffum Road, in the town of Uxbridge and Maple Street, in the town of Douglas;
Thence N 03< 20' 36" E, a distance of 2568.05 feet by various owners to a point on the southerly sideline of Douglas Street, in the town of Uxbridge and Davis Street, in the town of Douglas, said point being S 05< 15' 20" W, a distance of 30.66 feet from station 0+00.00 of Douglas Street and station 107+85.84 of Davis Street;
Thence N 05< 15' 20" E, a distance of 5135.96 feet by various owners to a stone bound on the northerly sideline of West Street, in the town of Uxbridge and Uxbridge Road, in the town of Douglas;
Thence N 09< 23' 50" E, a distance of 1216.87 feet by various owners to a steel spike in the northbound lane of Route 146, said point being N 09< 23' 50" E, a distance of 27.69 feet from station 79+00.57 of the main baseline of Route 146.
