CHAPTER 270 AN ACT RELATIVE TO AUTHORITY FOR CREDIT UNIONS TO ACT AS AGENTS OR BROKERS FOR THE SAVINGS BANK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF MASSACHUSETTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 171 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 75 the following section:-
Section 75A. A credit union may, with the approval of the commissioner, act as agent or broker for The Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts pursuant to section four of chapter one hundred and seventy-eight A.
SECTION 2. The fourth paragraph of section 7 of chapter 178A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence.
