CHAPTER 290 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING REDUCTIONS IN FORCE UNDER CIVIL SERVICE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 39 of chapter 31 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the word "five-year" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- ten-year.
